Her words are best summarized in a two-part DVD, In the Footprints of Francis and the Sultan: A Model for Peacemaking” (2012). Having had Sister Kathy as one of our Assisi Pilgrimage guides I am sure this was a wonderful, inspiring and challenging presentation! I am blessed to have an autographed copy of her book and find it helpful in looking at how to reconcile the polarization regarding the lack of direction of our US immigration policies. It is only by seeing each other as persons through dialogue that we will be able to bring walls down instead of putting more up.
