Franciscan Sister Honored with Roncalli Stewardship Award

At a moment when she least expected it, Sister Adrianna Schouten was presented with a stewardship award by President, John Stelzer, Roncalli High School, Manitowoc, WI. Ron Klestinski, former colleague and current Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Roncalli. was also on hand to make this thoughtful presentation.  The award honors Sister’s life-long devotion to the Church and Catholic education. This  included eleven years of leadership at Roncalli. Franciscan Sister Adrianna Schouten

During this Pope Franci-designated Year of Consecrated Life, this was a real tribute to the witness of a Franciscan Sister. As with all real surprises, it was also a wonderful SURPRISE!

    It is a privilege to work and share Community with Sister Adrianna. She was my principal at Roncalli and now my colleague. Congratulations, Sister Adrianna.
