Celebrating Franciscan Lives of Consecration in Green Bay

On Sunday, May 4, 2014 Bishop David Ricken and Father Thomas Long presided at an afternoon Eucharist at St. Bernard Parish, Green Bay, WI celebrating lives of consecration. Women religious from the Diocese of Green Bay including Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity were recognized for 50, 60, 70 and 75 years of service. Franciscan Sister Kay Elmer recognized for 60 years of religious life.Here’s a picture story of some of this jubilee commemoration.
